Featured on BBC, ITV & Channel 5, Lois is a TED X Speaker, Parliament MP HERO and Precious Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Lois is best known for her creative direction as co-founder of Saint Aymes. A master of building experience driven brands, Lois has hosted Issa Rae, Ashanti & British Vogues Edward Enninful. A formidable force, Lois was named as one to watch by Sir Richard Branson and received mentor sessions with the founder of the Virgin brand early in her entrepreneur journey. She is passionate about sharing her experience & empowering women to manifest their dreams.

Shola West, a 24-year-old Croydon native recently named in Forbes Europe's 30 Under 30 for 2024. Despite facing significant obstacles, Shola reached impressive milestones in an unprecedented time and empowers women to follow their vision for a better life. Having featured on BBC News, Cosmopolitan and Channel 4, she is known as a Gen Z advocate. Shola is known for sharing her career insights on TikTok (@allthingsmediasis) where her story resonated with many. Shola works to inspire a new generation to pursue success regardless of their background.
Ruth Onyeka
Ruth Onyeka is the Founder and Director of Ruth Victory Studios & Ruth Creates Ldn, a digital design company, a branding authority. A Gen Z success aged 24, Ruth took an alternative path when COVID affected the career market for graduates. Ruth has built a formidable business and has substantial achievements including lecturing for The University of East London. Ruth is passionate about telling a story through branding and digital design as a whole.

Through promoting financial literacy we help our members work smarter, by having their money work harder.
